Abstract: Fox News host Jesse Waters has put his lovely home on the Jersey Shore up for sale for $1.849 million.

The waterfront home, located in Seaside Township, New Jersey, has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2,000 square feet of living space.

The price was recently reduced by $50,000.

The home features an open floor plan with a bright and spacious interior.

The home is ideal for warm weather getaways and weekends away from New York City.

The newly renovated kitchen offers custom cabinetry, granite countertops, an island and new appliances, including a wine refrigerator.

There is also an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor between the two bedrooms.

TikTok star Caleb Simpson gives us a tour of the inside of the 200+ New York City apartments.

The master suite has a new bathroom and a private terrace.

The two-car garage has a new epoxy floor, and there's a spacious backyard and an outdoor shower.

Other renovations include new vinyl flooring throughout the home, ceiling and floor moldings for visual appeal, all new doors and knobs, and a sturdy new fence in the back.

The clever use of stone in the backyard means you won't have to spend much time maintaining it.

In addition to his eponymous evening show, Wieters co-hosted "The Five" and is the author of "How I Saved the World."

If Wieters eventually sells his house for the asking price, he will make a considerable profit.

He purchased the property in April 2021 for $1.1 million.
