Abstract: Sylvester Stallone is looking to make a huge profit on his house in Hidden Hills, California, in less than a year's time.

The "Rocky" star is selling the four-bedroom home he and his wife Jennifer Flavin bought in February for $18.2 million, according to TMZ.

The couple made the move after selling their longtime Beverly Hills home, which features a poolside Rocky statue.

Adele reportedly bought the property for $58 million in early 2022.

The Hidden Hills mansion is apparently expendable.

Stallone listed the 10,460-square-foot home for $22.5 million.

The gated property sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and is slightly larger than 2 acres.

Designed for the equestrian enthusiast, the property's impressive 4-stall barn has a beautiful and functional tack room, as well as a private riding arena."

The house was built in 2014 and has a two-storey foyer and a great room with cathedral ceilings and exposed beams.

At the back, there is a covered patio.

The chef's kitchen boasts a marble island with sink, high-end appliances, a breakfast nook and a butler's pantry.

The spacious dining area is surrounded by a wall of windows that let in the California sunshine.

There is also a home theatre and a gym set up for Rambo stars.

Suitable for celebrities, the huge master suite has a fireplace, sitting area, private balcony and two walk-in wardrobes.

The picturesque grounds have a bespoke pool, cabanas and pool house, as well as an outdoor kitchen. There is an orchard with a variety of trees.

Stallone and Flavin will reportedly spend most of their time at the compound in Palm Beach, Florida, which they purchased in 2020.
