The former NFL linebacker and his wife, Casey Noble Matthews, host of Dime a Dozen Designs, bought the 1.63-acre property for $2.6 million in 2013.

They custom-built a 7-bedroom, 11-bathroom house in 2020.

The following year, when they moved to Nashville, Tennessee, they listed the property for sale for $29,995,000.

Since then, the price has been adjusted downwards several times, finally dropping to $24,995,000 in May.
